Working Bowling Alley!

This week, I am bringing you this incredible Working Bowling Alley by LEGOParadise! Even though I am not a huge fan of bowling, I absolutely love the way that this one is replicated in Lego form. The way that the pins are brought out, the way that the ball is made to return, even the way that the gutters work all show ingenuity and Off the Baseplate techniques. Fantasy Castle!

Hello everyone! For my first post I thought I'd share this super cool Fantasy Castle by Jcreations912. I highly recommend supporting this because of its incredible detail and brilliant use of colors. (Also, I am a castle nut and I really really want to see this turned into a set)

To me, this model stands out since it seems to step directly out of a story book (Chronicles of Narnia?). I also love how the roof is built, and the way that the walls curve back is incredible. Please support this on Lego Ideas by clicking the link below and clicking in the blue "support" button in the right hand corner.

About Lego Ideas

What is Lego Ideas? It's a platform that allows users to share their builds with the world; and, if they get to 10,000 supporters, they stand a chance of getting it turned into a real Lego set! Examples that I'm sure that you've seen are 21318 Tree House and 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay. The only catch, of course, is that you have to have an account to support your favorites. If you don't already have one, I highly suggest that you get a one since that is the main purpose of this blog: to share super cool ideas with you. Each week (Or possibly every other week, [or around there, I might forget, or be on vacation, or a million other things]), I will share my favorite model with you. In addition, when I put up a model of my own, I will also put that up here, and give you updates as it gains support.

These models that I show you will be selected according to how well they are presented, building techniques used, and, most importantly, their originality, something I like to call Building Off The Baseplate.

So what are you waiting for? Click Here to get a Lego Ideas account! Once you have one, I invite you to click below to view my profile and follow me (or look me up on Lego Ideas: Community> Search> LegosRAwesome, and select the one that most resembles my profile pic above).
