Medieval Market Village!

Hello again Lego lovers! this time around, I bring you Medieval Market Village by Commander Brick!

This build, highly reminiscent to me of the original Medieval Market Village (set 10193, released 2009), captures all of the beloved details of that classic set, yet introduces into it the incredible detail, creativity, and building techniques that MOC's have to offer. The manner(s) which the builder uses to replicate the medieval "half-timber" construction style is simply awesome, and I think that it it astounding that there are actually TWO ways that this is captured. Finally, the use of Azure in the middle building, contrasted to the two "muted" colors of white and tan that flank it succeed in drawing you into the scene. A tired horse drawing a cart and the intricately built water-mill bring the picture to life.
